About Conference

The ISAH Congress is an influential conference for professionals in animal hygiene, health and welfare. It is a unique opportunity for industry and scientists to meet and acquire new knowledge as well as to exchange experience. Carried out through many plenary meetings, poster sessions, technical tours and discussions about scientific achievements in the livestock production are also an opportunity for the application of new ideas in practice.

Opportunity for young scientists

The Board of the Professor Tielen Foundation (PTF) decided to open again the opportunity for young scientists in the developing countries to apply for a grant to attend the XIXth congress of the ISAH.

Young scientist in the developing countries can apply for a support of a maximum of € 400 for the congress fee and the lodging costs in a low budget accommodation, and an additional contribution in the costs for airfare with a maximum of € 700.

The conference fee includes:

  • Admission to all Plenaries, Oral and Poster Sessions,
  • Congress Bag and Book of Abstracts,
  • Welcome cocktail,
  • Coffee and Lunch Breaks,
  • Concert and Dinner in the City Hall (Second Day - Sept. 9th 2019).

It does not cover hotel rooms or attendance at any training courses taking place alongside the conference. Any training or educational programs require a separate registration.

Be sure to include the information with your registration. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Registration will be online at www.isah2019.com and you may pay with a Bank Transfer. Bank transfer registrations are not complete until payment is received. It must be received in our office within ten (10) business days of the online registration or the registration will be cancelled. We do not accept purchase orders. Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of payment receipt.

We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into POLAND and further information can be found by clicking here http://www.msz.gov.pl/en/p/msz_en/travel_to_poland/entering_poland/

It can take up to five working days for the Conference Secretariat to process your registration and email you your confirmation and receipt/invoice. If you have not heard back from them after five days, please email isah2019@upwr.edu.pl

Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly.
